Go to start>run
Type in cmd and hit the ok button.
Type netstat -n

Could you give us a bit more information on your requirement?
Do you want to know who is connected right now, or has connected in the past (this is the forensics forum, which is why I ask)
What operating system and networking set up do you have?

i typically use a combination of netstat and tcpview from sysinternals
