internet connection help
I just installed peanut linux and its working great. I tried to set up a dial up connection and everything worked...well kinda. When i went to connect it said something like "modem not responding" I think. Any suggestions?

Since you didnt mention that you tried google, let's try there.
Including your exact hardware details is helpfule with questions like these.

You probably need to adjust the initialization string for your modem. One string that used to work for me was ATX0^M.

Could also possibly be that the drivers didn't load correctly, and its not recognizing it.
