I could have sworn a long time ago I could assign neutral antipoints. But now I don't have the option. Did I have the option before or did someone just assign me neutral one time and I just remember that?

Your APs were neutral because you either didn't have any yet or you had very few.

There never was an "option" to assign neutral AP's....

For goodness sake, does no-one use the 'search' feature around here? This question must have been asked and answered dozens of times.
You need 50 positive antipoints in order for your assignments to count for something, any less than that and they appear as grey dots in your AP control panel and don't count towards the totals.

I knew that anti-points didn't count if you had under a certain amount. But I read in the thread about assigning a certain percent of your AP assignment about someone assigning neutral antipoints. It was simple mistake my bad. Sorry.
