    "Security Terms" The best

    In your own opinions, what country has the best "Hackers", who can really do something, not script kiddies. USA or other foreign countries. Or should I put it, most experienced. Thanks.

    This doesn't make sense, any country that is developed enough contains skilled computer people. What kind of a question is this anyway?

    Defintetely the "land" of AOL. When all those users call into to the AOL support center, they create a DOS attack on the call center and force people to come here....
