SUS will download the whole one because microsoft made it so that it assumes the worst and that you have a computer that will require the whole thing or many computers that will all require diff parts...
you cannot get it at home because they pushed back the release date because IT professionals were not able to block it in time (due to the amount of apps it breaks MS decided to go with what the IT pro's requested)

My SUS download the full 272 MG Wednesday night! 
I got sick of waiting this week-end and I donload the 272 Mg version for my home computer!
