even though I just posted this advice in another thread, it can't hurt...
try running your AntiVirus and Spybot / Adware in safemode.
Use the F8 Key when booting and go into safemode.

a seach for this file yeilds nothing!

Since that file is in the temporary internet cache, your best bet is to right click on Internet Explorer and choose Properties from the drop down box.
On the next menu, click on the DELETE FILES button that should be in the center of that dialoge box. If you get errors, try it in safe mode (see post above)

i did as you suggested.
the critter was not there. it was ,in fact, hiding itself....
after fiddling around ibit it got unhid.(system restore turned off). i placed it in the recycle bin
and dumped the trash..
rescanned( twice), there are zero infected files....
thanks to everyone that has replied and helped me out here....
