web hijackers?
what is web hijacker?
i am really not sure if that is what i have got because when I tried to get online and type the url that i want, it opened on a different site? how can i remove it?
please help!

If you open your browser, and there is a default home page that you did not set yourself, and it stays that way even when you change it back to what you wanted, then that is called a "Browser Hijack". It is classified as "adware".
Run through this:

and during the scanning steps, run this:

If that doesn't solve your problem, post the Hijack This! log made in the malware checklist.
