it still seems to be picking up its own vir. file...
und3rtak3r and soda i apprecieate the fast responces you gave me....
and
yes..i knew i would be slammed for the hackers bb file and if i said i wasnt a little curious then i would be lying....i got the file from a p2p network we all know and yes you are all right that downloading that kinda thing can have unfavorable results......good advice from the whole group and i do appreciate the help again. and thx guys for helping out in such a rush.

Have you used multiple scanners yet? Try http://housecall.trendmicro.com and make sure you enable autoclean.
Also don't forget the latest updates of adaware and spybot. And is your AV updated?
