I was just looking over googles link for a new account when you send someone an invite so i went to www.google.com/accounts

guess what !

I guess i got excited before i read the whole thing:-D

So not sure if you'll get a gmail invite with the sign-up...whoever tries this, post some results what you get !

Hmm, annoyingly I have already signed up for most of the services individually.

I filled it out and so far no gmail account through it. Maybe I'll get an invite in my email in a day or so. Guess it doesn't really matter though I have 16 invites and no one wants one. I was just gonna help with your curiosity but I don't see it as no more invits needed.

actually dont worry. not 10secs after my post i get an email from google (instant from when i signed up)

I had the same problem, but i figure out my firewall was blockin it for some reason !
