Do you mean practice test? http://www.4tests.com/exams/examcats.asp has quite a few practice tests. I don't know if this is what you are looking for.

You may find online training course for certification exams but exam for certification itself and that too worth mentioning in your resume is not there(atleast till now). Because all these worthwhile certifications need you to have theoritical as well as practical knowledge (which can only be tested in lab.
for training purposes you might want to consider this site....

CISSP
SANS' GIAC Certification
GoCertify has a listing of all certifications. If you look under Find by Technology Area and pick Security you will get a listing of all the certifications for IT Security. CISSP and GIAC are, presently, the two most well regarded certifications. The CISSP tends to lean more towards those that are in or want to move into a managerial role (heavy theory, not technology specific) while the GIAC is more technology specific (more on how to than why to).
Just as a side note, serious certifications are not done "online". You'll find most are done at a certified testing center, whether on a computer or the old fashioned "fill in the bubbles". As for resources, there are lots. It general depends on how you learn. Personally, I buy books and use those for reference along with other online resources like forums and mailing lists (e.g., for CISSP I highly recommend http://www.cccure.org which has a huge FREE quiz database).

CEH
You could become a Certified Ethical Hacker, infact, this certification is often preferred by some Indian IT companied (I think Wipro was one of them, not sure though).
