Path trouble (recycle bin).
I am trying to locate my recycle bin path so I can move files to the recycle bin (in case I want to view them and whatnot), instead of always using the "del" command in my batch files.
Problem is, when I go to C:\RECYCLER\ ,there is a folder in there like this:
C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-200048354-436374069-83952212-1004
That is the actual folder storing all of the files I delete. Is there a way to truncate this? I imagine this number is generated with each install of xp? I ask that because I've seen others that posted a similar number as their path, with the number changing after the S-1-5-21.
I did some searching on it, but no help thus far.
Thanks in advance.
