    Hrmm.. happens to me sometimes as well. It's not a regular thing, but it happens at times mostly when the browser lags a bit. I'm not sure if this is a bug because I've seen something like it on other site's but I'm not sure.

    Ya, it's just a lag in images loading, so you're seeing the alt text for the images instead. It's no big deal, and nothing I can do about it.

    I don't know if there is a connection, but I have noticed the same just before the site goes down with that strange too many open whatsits message. When that happened yesterday, there were only about 25 members and 250 people in all on the site.

    I am afraid this is not my area, but that is what I have seen
