You should take this test, rcgreen... but beware:

    http://www.petertatchell.net/homopho...%20buggers.htm

Research by US psychologists suggests that 80 percent of men who are homophobic have secret homosexual feelings. This finding lends scientific support to the long-standing speculation that those who shout the loudest against homosexuality have something to hide.

The research results were published in the prestigious Journal of Abnormal Psychology, with the backing of the American Psychological Association.

i have a prediction: The bible was grounds for slave owners to not feel bad, right? They did that **** because they believed it was cool in the eyes of god..

but then o wait.. people wised the **** up and realized, hey, we are idiots, lets all quit being racist and completely immoral forcing these people to work for us for free just because of their race.

    and america grew.

    the end

Now we have this little so called sacred institution of marriage. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Sacred eh? Why let people divorce then? When it was "literally" "sacred" the catholics didn't allow anyone to divorce, or they would be excommunicated.

Eventually, people about my age will be in power, and we, you know, the wise generation compared to the dumb old ****s that still exist creeping around thinking they still have to do everything by the bible, even though their "savior" rolled up and say hey guys, we don't have to do that old testament **** anymore, its ****ing retarded, and outdated. it was merely to keep people in line. Believe in me, embrace me, and be good people and good things will always happen to you posthumously.

But wait? The old testmanent was outdated by 33 C.E. ? Wow. that means its been outdated for damn near 2000 years. What **** tards are thee who still believe in the old testament.

Welcome to the new frontier ladies and gentleman, for eventually the world will have real problems to deal with, once we all unite and realize our population is about to be destroyed by global warming. O wait, another contraversial thing that god said wouldn't happen again. Yes thats right bitches, once global warming occurs, (which it is already in progress) the continents will eventually flood. uh oh.. goddy said that wasn't going to happen again didn't he? THAT was the ****ING old testament. Perfect example as to why Jesus is right and the old testament is outdated now. God damn get out of the before common era years. **** the people that believe in the old testament are probably the same people who believe B.C. means before christ and A.D. means afterdeath.. doesnt matter anymore, as the proper terminology is now B.C.E. and C.E. But o well..

You can bet that these laws will change, and once they do, the united states will be a better, much more acceptant place. For those who despise of gays, must also despise black people, etc.. because of their skin color, and how they worship idols and ****. O wait, that was the old testament kicking in again sorry.

For those who call themselves christians, wake up and smell the new testatment. (waits for flames) But hell, if certain people can openly bash gays because of religion, i can openly support gays because of religion can't i? ha. i own.

I care because you are being openly homophobic, and you've shown yourself to be rascist as well.
Where am I being racist? WTF? Can you show me where I'm being racist? If you're going ot call someone a racist...you better show some proof or stfu. Just because I do not agree that they call it "marriage" does not mean that I hate gay people. I tolerate homosexuals, I have nothing againts them. I have friends who are homosexual, and we agree on a lot of points when it comes to the marriage issue. One of those points is that it should not be called marriage....they AGREE with that.

I also care because I could not with good conscience allow your sick comments to lie unchallenged, possibly leading people to believe that everyone on this forum are religious fanatics who, hypocritically, rant on about wanting to rid the world of other religious fanatics.
What sick comments? Are you calling me a religious fanatic who wants to get rid of other religious fanatics? DUDE wtf are u talking about? ROFL I am hardly a religious fanatic....since I am Catholic, yet, I still own 2 copies of the Quran. Can you please show me one post where I ran about wanting to rid the world of other religious fanatics? Again if you have no proof...STFU.

In several PM's to me, you talked about Muslims forcing their faith on others (a load of crap), yet you do not see the irony in your statements in this thread. By making political judgements based on faith, you are forcing your religion on others, but in a much more subtly way.
I've sent u several PMs talking about Muslims forcing their faith on others?.....err show me the PMs. I'm forcing what religion...u dont even know what religion I belong to. I cannot make a judgement based on my faith??? Show me the PMs that I sent you talking about Muslims forcing their faith on others. Keep in mind...that I do agree that they have forced their faith on others...but so have catholics...please go on and get those PMs for me.

Sometimes soon please...I really don't wanna waste a whole lot of my precious time on your stupid ****.

You were right on one thing though, I did switch the atheist with the protestants, it skipped my mind as I was typing it.

    LOL @ er0k

gothic, please dont tell me you're still upset over this: http://www.antionline.com/showthread...hreadid=255890 now that would be just silly don't u think?

"The research results were published in the prestigious Journal of Abnormal Psychology, with the backing of the American Psychological Association."

a regular bastion of truth for straight males isn't it. :]

an adversion to homosexuality and a need to be disassociated from it in order to be counted amoung the men can be seen in cultures that develope appart from each other in differant parts of the globe. peoples that have had no communication with each other. its in the nature of the beast. maybe not politically correct but something that should not be ignored for its not going to go away by saying its socially a no-no anymore than looking down girls blouses will. its something thats in us..under the control of our intellect for the most part but these fools had to push it too the limit. IMO this has nothing to do with religion. except as maybe a cover for a more base emotion

erok you really need to do a study of past generations. you literally ARE history repeating itself.

Why do people care what homosexuals do anyway? Should we be more worried about the real sexual predators like serial killers, child molesters and rapists? C'mon, it is not a matter if your religious or political convictions tell you otherwise, people will do what they want anyway.

I know many homosexuals that lead normal, happy lives and contribute to society. I do not see why they cannot be granted the same rights as the heterosexual counterparts. Nothing has changed.

    Mean people suck.

i compleatly agree with you Donkey Punch but you cant force people to accept something without expecting a backlash. they tried to force the issue with a law...that most of the people were appauled by. a law that served no real purpose that could not be served by other means. it was dammed stupid.

erok i really didnt mean that as an insult... but that's exactly the answer i expected. ill touch base with you on this in a few years and drop it for now. we'll ket the years speak for them selves...peace

No, it's not a matter of "opinion", it's a matter of equal protection. It's very easy for "straight people" to brush aside the entire gay marriage issue as being insignificant. As someone that's been with his partner for 6 years this coming October, I can tell you that the day to day problems that we face because we're not granted the legal protections that are easily obtained by a heterosexual couple are ENORMOUS!

When people are fighting against gay marriage, I don't think many of them really realize what they're fighting against. We're not asking for the government to force churches to recognize us nor do we want anyone to make a statement saying "god condones gay marriage". We're asking that society recognize that 2 people that decide to spend their lives together need practical day-to-day legal protections and arrangements. We're asking that the government foster our desires to care for one another, and to be productive members of the society in which we live.

Many people say, well heck, why don't we just make something else for gays other than marriage, that will help to protect them? I'll tell you why that WON'T work. Because there are over 1,200 FEDERAL protections and benefits that are afforded all at once, instantaneously, the SECOND a couple gets a marriage license. This, of course, doesn't even begin to touch the additional protections and benefits that are afforded to couples at the state and local level, or within the companies that they work for. It is inconceivable, and impractical, to expect that each of these laws will be re-written for gays in any sort of "new arrangement". We as a country learned a long time ago that separate is NEVER equal. Why are some trying to go down that road again?

Every day, gay couples that have been together for years are denied the right to visit each other in hospitals, inherit property when their partner passes away, receive survivor benefits to help care for the remaining partner in their elderly years, or any of the other things that heterosexuals take for granted as being a right that they don't give a second thought to. It makes me sick, and I devote my time and money each and every week to try and rectify the problem.

Homosexuals are facing the same civil rights challenges that other minorities have throughout history. Each and every member of our society that forms an opinion, or who speaks their minds, are members of that battle on one side or the other. People need to take a good long look into themselves and ask what am I really asking for?

Now, I'm off to fight another battle in another day of this war. Today's job? Trying to get televangilist Jimmy Swaggart fined by the FCC and charged criminally by Canada for recent remarks that he made about homosexuals on International TV. What did he say? Oh, nothing very significant, simply that if any of us get too close to him, he will kill us and then tell god that he's helped to send another evil soul to hell. Of course, all of the good little Christians in the audience applauded and cheered loudly.

Talk about your typical Christian: Hire a prostitute to **** around with behind your wife's back one day, damn Homosexuals to hell and offer to kill them so they'll get there faster the next. Us homosexuals are immoral, afterall. And what is with all of these straight guys worrying about Homosexuals hitting on them or trying to get them into bed? Jimmy Swaggart? PAHLEASE!.......
