TCP/IP Sockets in C: Practical Guide for Programmers
Written by Michael Donahoo and Ken Calvert, this book is the absolute 8th wonder of the world. Intended as a tutorial for someone getting started with network programming, this book takes you from zero to hero. Very neatly written, they take you through learning sockets step by step. Comes with many examples as well - very good examples as a matter of fact. Quite interesting read as well. Definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants a deeper understanding of TCP/IP in 200 pages or less.
