restart problem
i have problem that when ever i connect to internet my computer restarts and when ever i play a song or any videp my computer restarts i have installed fresh windows replaced battery jumpers every thing i can do but of no use
plz help me

well little bit more abut your system would help.
what operating system? what hardware? how old?how many fans?
case?
power supply?
it can be so many things.
try to tell us little bit more.
more the better.
if it happens when going on net it can be virus
just write more pls

Well it seems as if you have a problem with your sound card. Is it a separate card or part of the motherboard?
Check in Device Manager to see if there are any conflicts.
Also make sure that you have the latest video and sound card drivers, and your BIOS is up to date.
If it is a separate sound card try moving it to a slot as far away from the video card as possible.

hello
p3 1.3 builtin sound card 3 months old
operating system xp
when ever i press connect on dialup window my computer is restarted and any video also cause my computer to restart

Yes,
1. Reseat RAM
2. Reseat Modem
3. Reseat Video Card
Other than that it could be a faulty power supply unit or Motherboard.
Is it still under warranty?
