    Auto Start-up

    Well here it is:

I just moved back in with the rents and was going to hook my box up to the internet (As they have DSL) well I decided to first lockdown their computers before allowing my computer to share the connection and so on. Well in starting this I found that the one computer (filled with trojans) was in dier need of some TLC. So I decided to leave that one till morning. So I shutdown.

I started working and scanning on the other machine (these two machines sit about 5 ft. from each other) and about 10 min after shutting the machine down it started to powerback up again. I was so confused if there is any help on this matter please help!

This is the first day they have had DSL, before that it was dial-up.

First machine is running on XP home.
Second Machine Win 2000 Pro all the patches.

I figured it was something like that. Hmm.. It was sorta creepy cause it was 1 am in the morning then all of a sudden the thing booted. Oh, well. I gotta clean it anyway.

If you want to disable WLD, you can do it from your Bios..
