gotomypc.com or what OS are you using. win xp has a nice Remote Desktop manager that's there for tech support.

    VNC for linux http://www.freeos.com/articles/3292/

    or http://www.sharewareconnection.com/a...ol-utility.htm

or just search google....there are tons of free remote desktop programs...

I would like to have a web interface that they can initiate... I guess who initiates the connection is not as important. I am just thinking web based so there is no client for their end. Not sure if that is even possible. I have Linux and XP. I prefer to use Linix, or XP via VMWare.

I am familiar with VNC. I have not used it in a while. I looked that the other site.. That looks really interesting, and I would love to do it then charge my worthless family and friends for all the support =)

    Thanks for the help...

If you have a W2K server or a Win 2003 server, you can use Remote Desktop Web Connection for Windows 2003.

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

This is the link for Win 2003. The idea is to have a Terminal Server and use this web base application as a Remote Dekstop Software.
