    FreeNX Server, more secure replacement for VNC

    FreeNX is kind of like VNC, but encrypted and can supposedly work well over 56k modems. Iím playing with it now and it seems to work well. The sever for Linux is free and install details can be found here:

    After trying giving it a shot, looks nice but the cursor lags behind when I use it across my cable modem connection. What do you all think of it?

    Have to check it out...get an idea of more options instead of just using VNC everywhere. Remote Admin (Radmin) is pretty cool too...
    We the willing, led by the unknowing, have been doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much with so little for so long that we are now qualified to do just about anything with almost nothing.
