how do I make cursors and icons?

Icon Suite Version 2.1.9
A fully featured Icon Editor capable of creating Icon(.ico) and Cursor(.cur) files containing icons of different sizes (16x16, 32x32, 48x48) and color depths (2, 16, 256, True Color).

Additional tools include importing a picture of any size and exporting as a bitmap.

This my favorite find so far, it works pretty much like Bitmap. Good luck...
