As far as I recall, the IP locator on AO is broke and there are no plans to fix it.

    you might want to try:

    http://security.symantec.com/ssc/vr_...ROWTGEKOPFCEMG

    It's Symantec IP locator.

It took me straight to a Microsoft Site!!!..........................well I never thought I was ugly enough to be mistaken for Billy Windows, other than by my bank manager (hopefully)

I think that DjM is correct, and the tool is broken.

EDIT...........DjM's site failed with a load of error messages...............didn't like my browser

    Could that be the problem?

DJM your link just gives me a error message.

    "An Error Has Occurred

Symantec Security Check is not compatible with your Web browser because:

    Error 003

Scan for Security Risks requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer or Netscape 4.5 or newer.

Scan for Viruses requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer.

To learn more, see: Frequently Asked Questions about Symantec Security Check"

I'm using the latest firefox. So i'm still at a loss.
