What firewall and antivirus are you using?
What version of windows
Have you applied all the Microsoft updates (patches)?
Try:
AdAware Se v1.05
Spybot S&D
Your UPDATED antivirus.
Boot into SAFE MODE and run them all.
Then log onto the internet and see if you can get to the Trend Micro site and run Housecall.
You might have to boot: <startup>, and enter:
shutdown -a
or something like that....................should stop the bad guys for long enough for you to kill them?
