error in....
hi friends.
i'm trying to install Matlab 7 on my pc ,but i get this error message :
" Cannot copy LICENSE_ko: invalid MS_DOS function "
what does cause this problem?
how can i solve this matter?

Which Windows version? Might be this or any of these. Sounds however like a CDRom reading problem.

i use winxp.
i tought maybe it is because of OS.
but in install file which is in pdf is written that is it ok with winxp and 2000 and NT .

i don't think it is related to CD_ROM.
i try in some diffrent kind of it. ' NEC. GENiUS,...... '

One search brought up similar issues relating to SafeSF (a copy protection option). Perhaps that might be it. Have you contacted MatLab for tech support?

If you are interested scilab is an open source alternate to matlab www.scilab.org
Kinda useless if you already own matlab but i find it quite nice.

i 've just tried it on a LG CD_ROM .
it is ok.
it was because of my CD_ROM.
