Forgot My Password
Hi! I forgot a password I used for administrator accounts on my windows XP and Fedora2 systems.
How can I retrieve a password from at least one of the OSs?
Thanks

With windows xp, use the nt offline password recovery tool and reset your account and password.

With fedora, boot to single user mode, or boot to recovery and remove the encrypted password from the shadow file. When you reboot, there will be no password on root and you can change it.

Both of those will work. However, there are more options. If you can't get them to work, let us know.
Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.
