Well, I finally got it all setup. It is very easy to setup and even more easy to use. However, changing it around all the time is kind of a pain... but for and "all in one" type of gym... its not bad.
I'm not expecting to get all built up from this. I just want to tone up and loose a couple inches in the waist. If I gained a couple lbs of muscle... I won't complain.
Seems like something I can commit to. 10 minutes first thing in the morning and then 30 minutes before dinner. I'll probably only do this 3-5 times a week. Plus I'll have someone else to help keep me motivated. Motivation is the hardest part for me. I like working out, I just have a hard time staying motivated.
Plus, I found out that my roomate is going to bring over a whole array of equipment. Freeweights, stackable weights, dumbells, ab-rocker, abslide, a ski machine, and a stationary cycle. Shouldn't be long before I'm back to my ideal clothing sizes.
Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.
