I've never used Citrix, but one idea would be

    man ulimit

I don't know if it's included or not but it may be what you're looking for.

Ahhhhhhh, didn't say Windows, but I think you should be able to as admin, by setting.... **** what is that setting called.... I've seen it before while messing arond, but this isn't my platform of choice here.

Is it only the folder? Or all folders there in?

Might be able to work it out with folder options or something similar.

unfortunatly I checked the folder options and I couldn't find anything. So I'm looking for some sort of program to limit it for me. Now i found a program that will monitor the folder sizes and notifiy me via email if it gets too big, however I'm looking for the next step. Something that will not allow the user to go over the folder size I specify.

Is that possible in Windows? I have a book here that states something along the lines that users can pretty much fill the file system and it won't stop them.

which is what I'm trying to avoid which is why I'm trying to locate a program that will limit the folder size. :-) I know someone must have written one or something.

    Maybe this helps

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/183322/EN-US/

I think you set it by the user....not by the folder...and your disk needs to be NTFS...not FAT32

that sounds great... However, do you know of a way not to limit it to the entire partition. Just limit it to a certain folder or such? Or is that isolated by the user?
