Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.

Hey thanks for the list MM!

I like Helix (found here http://www.e-fense.com/helix/). And recently fooling around with LinuxDefender by BitDefender. It's cool because it has BitDefender's anti-virus program built in.

I've just recently downloaded INSERT (Inside Security Rescue Toolkit) but haven't fooled around with it yet. Link http://www.inside-security.de/insert_en.html.

I'm also looking into Phlak, Penguin Sleuth Kit, and FIRE ...initially FIRE seems useless.

So many Live CDs, so little time...and I do need to once in a while.
