My keyboard and mouse are wireless logitech as well. My keboard takes two Regular AA batteries ever 6 months or so with daily use and always draining power (my computer is on pretty much 24/7). My mouse uses the Duracell Ultra's (the ones that cost more and last longer) and it lasts about 3-5 months most of the time. Always take the batteries out of your mouse if you won't use it for a day or two.

Allright, thanks grunt, i figured the mouse will take more batteries since the laser is always on, so i'll just buy better batteries for it.

Have you tried using the more expensive Duracell Ultras or the Energizer equal of them? They will probably save you money in the long run. They do for my mouse at any rate.

Give a try to rechargeable batteries, save some bucks.
