Just so you know, the coordinate system with 0,0 top left isn't really weird.
ahh but who is to say what is weird & what is normal? was just clarifying for those helping with the equations that unlike in RL where the higher you go the greater your distance from the ground becomes - in flash the higher you go the less your Y value is
