I would go to sysinternals and down load their screen saver. It imitates a blues screen of death and a reboot when active. It is totally harmless I use it as my screen saver. I would then set it up on my machine. Once it is running call him and ask him what the hell he done to your computer. It rebooting all the time. He will either admit that he done nothing or he will try to find the problem. It was my april fools day joke one year.

Yes, the BSOD screensaver is good............please be sure to activate the fake Dr. Watson feature as well
But be careful............don't go violating your employers AUP

On a more serious note check out your event log with the eventvwr. Some of the comerical remote control programmes allow you to install and disinstall the services each time you use them (dameware for example). You do need to have administrator permissions on the computeryou want to take controll of in most cases and nearly all leave a trace in the event log.
