Our windows nt 4.0 server has a "inaccessible boot drive" we've rebooted, changed configuration, and various other things but it still isn't coming up any suggestions?

Well
Sounds like the harddrive has failed, filled up..or isnt pluged in correctly.
Does the bios recognize it???
Do you have another NT machine around...you can create a boot disk.

Well
it must be seeing the hardrive if you are getting a stop error..
Do you have a repair disk?
Could the drive happen to have filled up....all windows need space on the drive to boot...
Do you have the install disks
Anything changed recently...someone randomly deleting files off the c:\
such as the boot.ini?
Why was the server reboot in the first place...or did it just crash?
Any new hardware\software?
What changed recently?

Is it a SCSI drive???
Can you get into the SCSI controller before it boots...and verify the drive??

Main Distrubution Facility, basically all the routers, switches, servers, are locked away so that only the administrators can get to them.
I did a check on the drive, and it asked to "reassign" some blocks so I did. But anything else I should do?
