    linux drivers for openbsd?

I have absolutely no experience with linux, unix or anything like that. I have read a lot about how to install linux and unix and how to do things in the shell, but I still dont really know anything. I have decided that I wanted to install openbsd on my laptop (and just keep trying to install it til it works cause I have everything backupped anyway)), but I was wondering about the drivers. The drivers for everything for my laptop are pretty stable by now, but the drivers are only for linux, and this makes me wonder if they will work if I try to install them in openbsd. Any help would be appreciated, and please dont hesitate to suggest anything.

What drivers are you talking about? The drivers for your networking card, sound, etc? If so (don't quote me) they should be included with your OBSD install.

Yeah, the drivers are for the graphics (ATI 800x1200), the networking card (2200 B/G Intel), and couple of others too (maybe sound if it doesnt work immediately). Anyway I dont think any of these are included with openbsd, because these are realtively new things. All I was wondering was if the linux drivers which already exist should be installed on openbsd or what.

Go to the edit button up top and use the find feature to search for your hardware.

The main thing I want to install is http://ipw2200.sourceforge.net/, but this requires a specific version fo the kernel. I was just wondering though if I could run this under OpenBSD even though it doesnt have a kernel or anything.
