What else is it you want to know?.............is it the "rules" or what?....

You mean you want to find a history of everything that has been added or uninstalled on the computer itself?

You can often find this in the system logs. But, those logs get overwritten pretty quickly.
I'm unsure how to get a complete listing. I will look around for evidence of a program... like undeleted folders, files, temp files. Or digging through the registry you can find references to programs that the uninstall program didn't remove. etc.
Sometimes software audit tools work for that. Give aida32 a try or some other auditing software. Most software times audit tools will only list installed programs.

Or you want to know where in the registry windows keeps the listings for the programs in add/remove utility?

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

If you delete any of the keys in there... the corresponding entry in add/remove programs will be missing.

Make sure you backup your registry before screwing around with it.
Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.

and i want to know which programs they insatelled and removed
but i dont know wher i can find informtion like that in registry.? coze once i found a program in
the add/ remove list , but i couldn't remove it. and after some days its not there.!!!
