Trojan attacks Microsoft's anti-spyware
http://news.zdnet.com/2100-1009_22-5...=zdfd.newsfeed
That was quick.
From another source
disables Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta in an attempt to suppress any warning messages the package might display. It also deletes files within the program's folder. Unlike other items of malware, BankAsh-A makes no attempt to turn off anti-virus apps.

Microsoft probes anti-spyware Trojan
There getting serious about this one.
http://news.zdnet.com/2100-1009_22-5...=zdfd.newsfeed
"Microsoft is actively investigating new public reports of a criminal attack, known as the 'Bankash-A Trojan',"
You ususally don't see it called a criminal attack.
"Customers who believe they have been attacked should contact their local FBI office or post their complaint on www.ifccfbi.gov. Customers outside the U.S. should contact the national law enforcement agency in their country."
I wonder if they're worried about civil liability in this one?

uh uh!
Nope. Not blaming him, I just sort of "admire" his popularity... By any means, ups or downs, believed me, it adds up to his score.
Maybe, Bill should carefully check the goods before he buy, well, just a thought, no harm done, man!
Yo!

Giant happens to be one of the best developers of this type of software. The product he bought was/is very good. NO CODE IS PERFECT, the thing is now that MS got there hands on it, the program has a HUGE customer base now, therefore finding the exploits is now worth the time and trouble. it only adds up to "his score" becasue of idiots, and misinformed people who think they know what they are talking about spreading trash on the internet.

Virus writers have created a malicious program that can disable Microsoft's new anti-spyware application, security experts warned on Wednesday.
Antivirus experts, who are calling the Trojan "Bankash-A," say it is the first piece of malicious software to attack Windows AntiSpyware, which is still in beta.
OK HOW is this special..how is this a flaw in the program.. a coder can write a program that can disable any application, the problem here is the trojan has enetred the machine.. trojans, worms and viruses have been disabling Antivirus applications for a while.. hmm we don't see a big cry about the adware that disables Adaware or Spybot snd.. well there are **** loads of them
scratchONtheBOX, I have commented once this morning WTF are you on about.. perhaps I should ask WHAT ARE YOU ON.. or is it the pre-pubecent hormones that infect all 12-13 yr olds
