sticky question
well i noticed manny forms hold some sticky threads like this one do have some, well how these forms become sticky ?? or what are the initial conditions for a thread to become sticky.
smoking is really bad for ur PC....

Depends if the community likes it and if the mods like it and if it's a very good thread relevant to the forum it's in (about the forum), rules, or something like that !

A sticky thread is one that has information that is of ongoing, or continuing relevance.
With discussion forums such as ours, these usually take the form of what to do, how things work, "rules" and so on.
Items of a permanent but more technical nature go into tutorials, or hints and tips if they are short or possibly very specialised.
