My 2 cents for you....
delete this thread as it will more than likely lead to a lot of those lil red things...i think they are blood spots, havent figured it out yet
This is similar to the "how do I hack hotmail?" question that the FAQ's tell you not to do.. You have had 45 posts by now I would have guessed you could have figured that out but whatever...
Odds are if your school (university?, elementary?, high school?) did anything correctly you will not be able to get out of the network, but by all means if you want to have your internet taken away you should run a scan on the network to see if anything is wide open... otherwise I would consider getting your own high speed internet or be prepared to start using dialup
edit: upon further investigation, your jr or sr high school admin will prolly not like the idea of you getting around the firewall? What purpose could you possible have to get around a schools firewall if your internet time is limited and most definitely monitored...? something for you to think about

Hi. You can't. Why don't you use the school computers as they are setup by the local staff and wait until you get home to do the other stuff you want to do that the school firewall is preventing you from doing.

Here's a friendly mention.
Where are you trying to access? If it's legit places, speak to the administration to see if you can get that site unblocked (IP, URL, whatever)
That's about the only help you will get here.

You know, there is a reason why they have it blocked. It's to encourage you to pay attention to the prof/teacher teaching rather than being distracted elsewhere. Even if you think you know "everything" about the topic there may be one or two things that you could still learn. Additionally, even if you did know everything, just out of respect for the person teaching you should listen. How would you feel if you were presenting and no one listened?
What's a "mos prep" class? Do you mean Microsoft Office Specialist (aka MOUS)? Perhaps it might be worthwhile to acquaint yourself with a spell checker or something like that?

normally I don't say anything about this because I do occasionally make mistakes myself ( I made one in 1974 if I remember correctly ) but you are an exception...
I have a 7 year old daughter in grade one who can write a full sentence with less spelling errors than you made in your first nine words. Do yourself a favor...PAY ATTENTION IN SCHOOL !!!

Egaladeist,
I don't pretend to be a grammar expert, but I believe your quote
with less spelling errors than you made
should read "with fewer spelling errors than you made" to be grammatically correct.
Please not that I post this only because you haven't made a mistake in 30 years, and I thought you were due for another.

Hi Timmy77,
Thank-you...and you are right...I am due! However, we were talking about spelling errors and not grammar...so my spelling record remains intact my grammar is another story entirely, it's only been untarnished since 1979...
but...
Please not that I post this only because you haven't made a mistake in 30 years, and I thought you were due for another.
should read " note " should it not ?
