    Sounds like the same technique to me... I'm not certain though, having never really heard or seen anything about that. I can't think of any other technique anything like this.

    Errrrrrrrrr, no.............

    The TV detector was based on the interaction between the aerial and the ethernet..........they could detect transmision and receipt on a particular frequency.............that would tell them the programme you were watching.

    Get your TV through satellite or cable and they are buggered ............why did they make it a law that you had to supply identity to buy a colour TV?............they knew they would not be allowed anything near the new stuff

    I don't remember who suggested cable leaching.............that is an interesting concept
