Cleaning the Registry
From HERE.
While this software is a great inspection tool, you'll need to purchase a full-blown Registry clean-up utility to do the job right.
Surely not.
What do you use, and what programs/methods have you found most reliable and effective?

I use regcleaner by Jouni Vuoro
It is a bit dated and only goes up to Win2K, but you still should be able to pick up a free copy
