    Could be related, but we've got 3 other users with blackberries and oulook 2k3 and no problems at all. Same user has had problem twice. I checked for hotfixes and technical advisories at blackberry but there is nothing. Support costs money per incident, anyone with a support contract with blackberry want to find out for me? hehe.

    Same OSes, Patch level...drivers etc


    Obviously something is different on the one machine....

    As for support...they dont have an online tech knowledge..to search for issues???

    I find that hard to believe
