Thier product is a P2P secure email system, tightly integrated with outlook. You have to give an email to sign up for it, but I especially like this clause in the acceptance:

"3.3 The User by accepting these terms and conditions grants permission for the Company to utilise the processor and bandwidth of the User's computer for the limited purpose of facilitating communication between others within the Jefcom Community."

It's a silly system if you think about it. You cut yourself off from everyone who is not on the system. Business will not touch it because they would either have to cut off a large part of their customer base or maintain both the "private" and the public systems. Once you implement the public system you have exactly the same issues with it as you do today.
