Are you asking for 'consulting' help or are you asking what you can do to stop the attack yourself?

Unplug your machine from the internet and any other networks. Syn floods and ip spoofing will cease on that machine. Now please deposit 5k USD into my account. :P

Why don't you share some background as to what it is you are really trying to accomplish here. Being vague and hiding in the shadows won't get your many answers.

What firewall do you have in place? Does the spoofed IP change or is it the same all the time. How do you know it's spoofed? What OS are we talking about here? How long has this been going on?

"checkpoint" firewall, many fake ip so I would say it changes all the time. OS redhat AS3, it has happened since last few days

The firewall is basically behind the IDP

    cheers

So let me get this straight, the system that is being attacked is in front of the Firewall or behind it? A checkpoint firewall (when configured correctly) is able to detect and drop these kind of attacks.
