Actually, you jump your cmos by moving the little jumper switch by the cmos battery, move it over one notch, then turn on your computer, it won't turn on, that's good, then move it back over to it's orginal spot, then turn your computer back on... Refer to your motherboard's user manual to see which jumper is the cmos jumper and further instruction...
