    making a server

    I downloaded apache2triad(and installed but my server dosen't go online). I'm behind a router and yes, i port forward and changed the 'listen in the config. file, but my server still dosen't work.

    can you be alittle more spasific? is the server even listening to the port, do a netstat from dos and see if the server is running on the port. Second how do you know the server is not running, which ways have you tryed to view the site. Try localhost in your web browser.

    Need more details please.
