    appswitch 3500 gui hangs up

    Hi guys,

i just bought an TopLayer AppSwitch 3500 (second hand or used one ) and trying to play with it. I have also got a students manual. I have configured the interface's ip using console and i m unable to access its gui component i.e. java applet. The applet just loads and loads and the browser hangs after sometime. Now anybody here has confronted such problems and someone has any manual to configure the switch using CLI.

    Thanks
Excuse me, is there an airport nearby large enough for a private jet to land?

    1) What version of the JRE do you have installed?
    2) Are you connected via a hub?
    3) Is the GUI service running?
    4) Is your browser eating the Java traffic?
    5) Personal firewall? Any firewall in between?
    6) What does the manual say about configuring the GUI?
    7) Have you hard reset the device?
    8) Have you tried a different browser?
