    Unhappy dos not starting

    ok every time i go to run >cmd this pops up what do i need to do to fix it

    Interesting, This happened when you attempted to use a MS-DOS- or 16-bit prog on XP. When I have encountered that before it was because one of the following files were non-existent: Autoexec.nt, Config.nt, or Command.com.
