    it can't be an issue with the power supply since the monitor isn't powered by it, it's something wrong with the power supply.

    Nope...nothing has worked.
    The PCI video card, and the isopropyl alcohol did nothing either
    I took off every peripheral and used a can of compressed air and that didnt work

    Well Simo that seems to be it then.

    You need to get a copy of the OLD BIOS and re-flash it.

    I presume that your system worked when you had that?
