    Ok this one confuzes me to d e a t h.

I am on an unreal tournament clan. The leader is havin problems connecting to webadmin. I always have with firefox, it will timeout and its really hard to actaully use when you have to refreash all the time. I played with firefox settings, times outs w/e you name it. Nothing helped, at all. Well his IE has the same problem and i had him tweak some timeout settings and it didnt help at all.

He said when he is downloading music and or porn it works ok. That tells me basically that the server is crap and slow anyways but that in a few words, the internet is too fast for the server.

    Any ideas m8's?

    Hi oofki,

I am assuming that you have:

    1. done all the usual scans for spyware, adware etc.?
    2. Shut down all background jobs and un-needed applications?

If so, and your other connections are fine, then I would agree that it is probably the server.

Are you both using the same ISP?

Have you asked your other clan members if they have the same problem?

OK mate, the reason I asked about ISPs was if they might have had some peculiar traffic demand at particular times.

Try Opera and Mozilla (1.7.9) and see if you get a different result, but at this point it certainly seems like the server is the problem.
