Maybe a little late in the game, but there is another freeware rootkit detector that might give you something worthwhile. Worth keeping on hand, anyway :

it's never too late hesperus i got that program cuz u were the one who referred me to it before. thanks a bunch.
by the way i edited my last post regarding the registry entries as the do not show up anymore. i get a no discrepencies clean scan now that the sys file is gone.
100% back to normal. thank god.
