    What is the number for the tiger OS?

    Illustrator CS should be version 11.0?.............is this correct?

    yes it is 11.0

    what i am thinking is that everytime in upgrading the softwares there's always problem.
    Specially in printing, spooling, fonts... etc.

    Is your Tiger OS X at v10.4?

    Yes the problems you are experiencing seem similar to those my friends are reporting. It only seems to happen with high-end software though? I have found the same sort of thing with Windows and expensive CAD packages................you can even find that the video card is suddenly incompatible
