Erotic chats can lead to divorce

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Erotic talk with a virtual partner in chatrooms on the Internet are enough grounds for a spouse to file for divorce, a legal magazine said Wednesday, citing a recent ruling in Belgium.
Belgian legal publication De Juristenkrant said the Brussels Appeals Court ruled that although transcripts of the erotic chatroom conversation do not prove adultery, they do constitute proof of "grossly insulting behavior" which is sufficient grounds to file for divorce.
Well, that's an interesting faq. If you're married and secretly have erotic chats with someone else online, be careful that your spouse doesn't discover this or your marriage might end again. Could become a very costly affair...

Yeah, that can lead to some interesting situations. I know of an ole fellow that was doing that during his lunch break and finally he got a camera hooked in so he could see who he was having such heated chats with. Much to his surprise, it was his wife..Doh! The guano hit the mix-master on that one.

    So who's cheating?

    cheers

Well if you are married i think there is a clause that states"until death do us part"So if you do visit chatrooms of that sort, YOU ARE MARRIED FOR ALL THE WRONG REASONS!!!!

It could have been worse, Relyt... He could have been chatting with his daughter without even realising that.

Still, marriage is not an easy thing. You need to set up some good rules about what is and isn't allowed. It isn't considered cheating anyways. It's just grossly insulting behaviour because his wife didn't know about it!

Well was he suppose to invite her so they could have a threesome? Obviously their relationship was gone way before the cybersex began.

Or his grandmother Now that's just wrong!!!!

Not quite. If they really love each other there is no need for rules....

In some parts of the south, this is considered perfectly normal.
