This is more of a request for comments or interpretation. EDUCAUSE, EFF and others are making a lot of noise about the new rules change in the FCC related to the CALEA (Communications Assistance for law enforcement Act of 1994). The rules change looks to extend law enforcement access to VoIP and Internet providers (ISPs). The interpretation may eventually end up being be broader, depending on who you talk to.
